Notice Is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Wayne County, Indiana, will recve sealed bids at the office of the Auditor of said county and state in the courthouse in the city of Richmond, Indiana, until 11 o'clock a. m. on Saturday, May 27th, 1922, for the Installation of the plumbing and furnishing of plumbing fixtures for the Custodial Building at the County Poor Farm two miles west of the town of Centerville, In said County. All bids shall include all labor, materials and supplies necessary for complete installation and all strictly In accordance with the plans and specifications provided therefor, which have been properly approved and are now on file m the office of the County Auditor. Bidders will submit their bids In accordance with the provisions of the specifications and separately on plumbing and fixtures. The estimated cost of complete Installation and fixtures is $1,900. All bids and proposals must be upon the form prescribed by the State Board of Accounts and each bid must be accompanied by a proper bond in an amount equal to the bid and on proper form, conditioned that the bidder will enter Into a written contract based on his bid and the plans and specifications, and the bond to Insure the faithful performance of said contract The forms of bids and bonds can be procured from the County Auditor. Plans and specifications may be had for the individual use of bidders from the architects, Werking & Son, Richmond, Indiana, by making a deposit of $25 for the same which will be returned upon the return of plans and specifications.
