All bids shall Include all labor, materials and supplies necessary for complete construction or installation of that part of the work bid on, and strictly in accordance with the revised plans and specifications provided, therefor, which nave Deen properly accepted and approved and are now on file in the office of said Trustee. Said building to be a one-story and basement brick building and to be located on real estate now owned by said township in said School District No. 5 and immediately north of said town of Whitewater, within said Franklin Township, Wayne County, Indiana.
