Pennsy Teams Mix. In the first came of the evening the ; Richmond division Pennsy basketball; five will meet the Columbus division .quintet in a 40-minute battle. The lo-' . cal division team presents', a very . strong line-up and has taken the number of all the division teams in this , -section both on the local floor and on the oppositions' floor. The Pennsy team has been putting In extra licks of practice for this bat tle and are in the pink of condition. , The Columbus team probably has the next strongest team to the. locals in . the Pennsy league. Tickets for the game can be' purchased from any member of the Kew- . pies team and the Pennsy team. The price of admission will be 50 cents and their will be no reserve seats. Con-; miction of juany buildings wasat a standstill here today and many men were idle as a result ot tho failure of the building trades council and the building trades employers' association to reach an agreement over a wage fcfale for 1922. The old contracts ex-, pired last midnight according to the' contractors but the unions insist they, are operative until May 1. v . 1 The 21 unions affiliated with the trades council have a membership of about 25,000. It could not be learned early today how many of these are afterted. as not all of them have been working and separate agreements were reached between the plasterers and glazers unions and tho employers. Building under construction amounts to approximately $25,000,000. William F.
