GRAIN PRICES (Markets by E. F. Leland & Company, 212 Union Bank Builotng.) CHICAGO, Feb. 17. Wheat displayed a reactionady tendency with price lower. There was selling of May by commission houses. The greater part of the pressure today, however, was to take profits rather than any change in sentiment. The weakness in casli wheat Is due to scarcity in blying. Milling demand was rather slow. Crop reports from the southwest continued bullish, while sand storms reported in parts of Kansas. The May-July Bpread narrowed to 16 against 17V4 at the dose yesterday, without side markets showing more strength than Chicago. Corn averaged lower with trade only moderate. Houses with seaboard connections were good buyers of May. Country offerings of corn were small and cash markets firm to lie lower. Trimary receipts continue large. Oats Selling by longs and weakness in wheat caused lower pribes today. Commission houses were buyers on the breaks, but support did not follow the upturn. Cash market a shade lower. Country offerings to arrive, light. RANGE OF FUTURES (Markets by E. F. Leland & Company,, 212 Union Bank, liuuaius. CHICAGO, Feb. 17.
