NOTICE OP SALE OP SCHOOL BONDS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Consolidated School District of the School Town of Hagerstown, Indiana, and of Jefferson School Township of Wayne County,. Indiana, at the office of said Board in the Town of Hagerstown, Indiana, up to the hour of 10 o'clock a, m. on Friday, February 24th. 1922, for the purchase of school bonds of the respective corporations comprising said school district to the amount of Ninety Thousand ($90,000) Dollars. At such time and place afore said all bids received therefor will be Publicly opened Said bonds are issued pursuant to an orderof said Board of Trustees determining that it is necessary to erect a new Junior and senioc high school building in said school district, and to purchase a necessary site therefor, and the proceeds from the sale of said bonds will be used for such purpose. Said bonds shall be in denominations of $500 each, and shall bear interest at the rate of five per centum per annum, and the full time for which sajd bonds snail run shall be fifteen years rrom the issuance thereof. The issue date of said bonds shall be March 1st. 1922, and the same shall mature and be pay able as follows: Three Thousana ($3,000) Dollars on the first day of July, 1923; Three Thosuand ($3,000) Dollars on the first day of January, 1924, and on each first day of July and of January thereafter a like amount of bonds shall be payable up to and including January 1st. 1937, and Six Thousand ($6,000) Dollars on the first day of March in the year 1937.
