HELD FOR LARCENY Raymond Hahn, 19 years old, William Hahn, 17 years old. and Theodore Wesler, 17 years old, were taken bacK to Greenville, Ohio, by Sheriff Joel Wagner, late Tuesday to answer to a charge of grand larceny. The three voung men had driven a horse and buggy from Greenville, as far as New Paris. Here they abandoned the vehicle and walked to Richmond, where they were picked up by police officers at 9 o'clock Tuesday evening.

POLICE CHIEF TRAILS STOLEN AUTOMOBILE

Chief of Police William Eversman left early Wednesday morning for Union City, . Winchester and Fort Wayne, on the trail of the E. H. Cureton car, which police officials had informed him was now at Fort Wayne. The car has been dismantled. The chief will stop at Union City and Winchester to obtain information concerning the car from the three

young men held there for the theft

of a Union City machine.

Ralph Handley of this city has sold his roadster which had been stolen

from him and was later located at

Greenville, O., to the parties who had

purchased it from the alleged theives.

The machine was in process of re

modeling, and he did not care to reclaim it. Two cars which were found abandoned on the road outside of Richmond and have been held by the police will be offered for sale at public auction on the city hall steps, Feb. 18. The machines have been held for six

months. One of them is nearly new. Both are light touring cars.
