CASE DISMISSED IN WINCHESTER COURT BY JUDGE A. L. BALES WINCHESTER, Ind., Jan. 2S. The trial of the state ex rel Beatrice Patterson vs. Arthur Zimmerman, on stat
utory charges, ended Thursday when the prosecuting attorneys filed a motion to dismiss the case. They stated it was not only their wish, but also
that of the relatrlx to have the trial discontinued. Judge A. L. Bales sustained tho motion, dismissed the jury and discharged the defendant.
Cases Filed I The following cases have been filed with County Clerk N. R. Chenoweth: Complaint In replevin and damages, Isaac L. Poyner against Ella M. Anderson and John W. Anderson; suit for judgment and support, Nettie Dull against William R. Dull. Form Shipping Association The farmers of three townships in Jay and Randolph counties met in Ridgeville this week and formed a cooperative shipping association, with headquarters at Ridgeville. Qualified as Executor Emanuel E. Mangas has qualified as executor of the estate of Casper Mangas, deceased. He gave bond in the sum of $2,000. Charges Wife Desertion Sheriff Lundy Fisher arrested A. C. Kelley, of Ridgeville, on a charge of wife and child desertion. On account of failure to give bond, Kelley was placed in jail. Hold Jackson Institute The Jackson township farmers' institute was held Wednesday in the Jackson school building. The morning session convened at 9:30 o'clock
and the afternoon session at 1 o'clock
