The city of Richmond will pay within 30 days after the approval of the final assessment rolls by the Board of Public Works, lor 610, 1921 improvement, the cost of the street and alley intersections and such sum in addi tion thereto as will amount to the sum; of $1,080; for 611, 1921 improvement,! the cost of Hie street and alley intersections and such sum in addition thereto, as will amount to the sum cf $10,300; for 612, 1921 improvement, the cost of tfie street and alley intersections; sewers; inlets, and such sum in addition thereto as will amount to the sum of $10,900; for 613, 1921 and 617, 1921 improvements, the cost of the stfeet and alley intersections. . All work done in the making of saie? described public improvements, shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Improvement Resolutions, as numbered, and the detail plans, profiles, drawings and specifications which are on file and may be seen in the office of said Board of Public Works of the city of Richmond. The bidders, in submitting proposals to make said described public improvements, must accompany each bid with a certified check in the sum ot 212 of bid, as evidence of good faith that the successful bidders will execute, within 10 days from the acceptance of proposals, contracts and bonds satisfactory to said Board to do the work of making said improvements. A failure of the successful bidders to enter into such contracts and bonds upon the acceptance of such proposals will forfeit the checks and the sums of money payable thereon to the city as agreed and liquidated damages for such failure.
