New Year's holidays working 20 hours j a day solving the difficulties of two! big banks whose $85,000,000 assets had j been impaired by bad loans and investments. Between meetings last night they snatched a half hour for dinner. A group of junior vice-presidents and newspapermen started out together, but divided when the bankers decided the nearest eating place a "one-arm" lunch room would not suit them.
