The Elks are Issuing invitations for a dinner dance and New Year's party to be given -Sunday, Jan. 1. at their flub house. The function will be one of the most notable of the holiday season. A cabaret dinner will be served in the evening from 10:30 until 12 o'clock, after which there will be dancir.s: from 12 o'clock until 3 o'clock. Harry Krankel's entertainers will play for the dance. The affair is to be semiformal. Reservations must be made not later than Thursday, Dec. 29. Requests for reservations should be mailed to Robert. E. Heun before that date.
