GREENVILLE ACCIDENT RESULTS IN INJURIES TO MRS. IDA SIMMONS GREENVILLE. O, Dec. 19. Mrs. Ida Simmons, sister-in-law of Henry Young, of this town, wag painfully injured Saturday morning when the iruck in which she and Mr. Young were riding collided with a touring oar belonging to James Light and driven by It. E. Kessler, a teacher in the local high schoov The truck, which had a closed front cab. was toppled over, pinning Mrs. Simmons and Mr. Young in the enclosure. Mr. Young was not Injured, but Mrs. Simmons sustained cuts on the right foot from broken glass. Mr. Kessler was not injured but his car was badly damaged. Two Divorces Granted. Two divorces were granted by Judge W. W. Teegarden in common pleas court. Saturday morning. Blanche Max wa3 granted a divorce from Edgar Max on the grounds of gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty, and restored to her maiden name of Blanche Wilt. Garrett Wilt was granted a divorce from Catherine Shilt on the grounds of gross neglect of duty. The suit was not contested. . Judgment is Entered. Judgment has been entered in common pleas court by Judge Teegarden to M. H. Markey from M. R. Rex for 53 io and seven percent interest after date and eight percent after maturity due on a cognovit note given at Lewisburg in March, 1921, and due in six months after date. Probate Court. Ohio Spends $9,175,731 For New School Buildings (By Associated Press) COLUMBUS, O.. Dec. 19. In the year ending June 30, 1920, new school buildings In Ohio totaled $9,175,731, in co3t, and alterations to old buildings amounted to $503,427, the sixty-fifth annual report of the state superintendent of public instruction, just available, shows. Of the new structures, elementary, including elementary grades in junior high schools, buildings cost $7,723,143: high school edifices, $1,436,083, and special schools. $16,504. Alterations to elementary buildings cost $397,549, and to high schools, $104,573. Ten counties didn't spend a cent, either for new buildings or alterations to old ones, among them Darke. EVANSVILLE CLAIMS 96.176. .. EVANS VILLE, Ind.. Dec. 19. The population of Evansville is 96,176. according: to figures compiled by a city directory company here. This is a gain of several thousand over a year ago.

May Postpone Trial of Hagerstown Salesman NEWCASTLE, Ind., Dec. 19. The trial of Thomas Wheeler, Jr., automobile salesman of Hagerstown, charged with manslaughter In connection with the death of Tilman Williams, which is set to be neard Wednesday, may be postponed until early next year. Wheeler Is out on a bond of $2,500.
