It -was necessary for those In charge to j et two tables for the banquet as those in charge had not anticipated so large a crowd. :- The services consisted of the proffer of the completed structure by Mrs. Isaac Smith, sister of the donor, acceptance on behalf of the city by Dr. O. N. Huff, secretary-treasurer of the cemetery and park commission; and a speech by Dr. J. J. Ra, of Richmond to whose congregation Mr. Clark had .belonged during his residence in Richmond. In accepting the gift. Dr. Huff paid eloquent and sincere tribute to the memory of the donor, and referred to the gift as the greatest community Inheritance during the 103 years of the life of the town. This will take place between the hours of 10 and 10:30 o'clock. After the awarding of the presents, the evening will be spent in dancing. Harry Frankel and his orchestra will furnish the music.
