Every Republican voter in the city of Richmond should go to the polls tomorrow and cast his vote for Baltz A. Bescher, the Republican nominee Nominated by the Republican party, in a primary election held three months ago, he stands as the party's choice, and should be given the loyal and solid support that he so richly deserves. Despite all arguments to the contrary, tomorrow's election is not a non-partisan, non-political affair. The votters of this city of Richmond, by a very decisive majority, turned down at a special election the proposition to place Richmond under the manager form of municipal government, which would have been non-political. By this action the people of Richmond gave their approval to the party system of political government in this city. Therefore, tomorrow's election is political. Either the Republican nominee, Baltz A. Bescher, will' be elected, or his Democratic oponent will be. To Republicans, there should be no question as to their duty. Mr. Bescher, the Republican candidate, as clerk and controller of the city of Richmond, has demonstrated his absolute fitness to guide the destinies of the city during the next four years. There is no single instance in his entire career in public office, which does not reflect the high degree of efficiency of his stewardship No word of criticism of his service has ever been made during this campaign. If Balz A. Bescher is elected tomorrow as he surly will be, if every Republican will do his and her duty, it will be a Republican victory. If he is defeated, it will be a Republican defeat nothing less. Baltz A. Bescher is the nominee of the Republican party of the city of Richmond As such nominee he is rightfully entitled to the loyal support of every Republican GO TO THE POLLS TOMORROW AND CAST YOUR BALLOT FOR THE REPUBLICAN TICKET
