tion held In Indianapolis recently. One of the largest Hallowe'en par ties of the week occurred at the Dis
trict No. 6 school on the Middleboro
road Friday evening. One hundred and seventy-five persons attended. The
rooms, lighted with jack-o-lanterns
were decorated in keeping with Hal
lowe'en. Four prizes were given for the most unique costumes, the winners
the Kinert home was lighted by borders of lanterns alternated with pumpkin faces. Shocks of fodder and pumpkins were arranged in the corners of the room and a large bonfire, lighted by covered lights, was in the center
ot the room. The dining room was lighted by candles and jack-o-lanterns. Favors were little candy dolls and each girl received an apron and each boy a cap. At the end of the party a horn was given each guest Postcard pictures of the honored guest in her ballet costume were also given the
