All bids must be in writing on forms furnished by the architect, sealed and with the envelope endorsed, giving the name of the bidder and the class of work bid upon and all bids will be opened and read publicly at the time and place fixed In this notice. The Trustees reserve the right to reflect any or all bids and to take time to investigate the bids and qualifications of the bidders.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check for the sum of one
thousand ($1,000.00) dollars. These

joint Board as a guaranty of good faith

MOUND BUILDER'S SKELETON FOUND ON INDIANA FARMi
BEDFORD, Ind.. Aug. 23. While' conducting an archeological survey in this county, E. Y. Guernsey and T. C. Heistand unearthed on Claude Malott's farm at a depth of six feet a giant skeleton believed to be that of
a mound builder. The mound in which
the skeleton was found measured 22 feet across and was covered by slabs of limestone taken from a bluff half a mile from the inound.
