I furthermore will request in all worthy grievances arbitration when! within my jurisdiction; in fact, to be the mayor of the whole people of the city, one and all. Inefficiency and carelessness shall be the cause- for discharging employes. Furthermore. I am not placing myself as a candidate for lucrative conditions, as my present business is just as lucrative, which I will sacrifice, if elected, and give my entire time to the office. It will be my effort to have every employe of the city to be a mayor as to their trusts and duties. In positions that ladies are eligible, they will have the preference.
