To Shew Disposition The testimony of Mrs. Stanford which was given before the noon recess, was for the purpose of showing her general disposition and helpfulness to her husband. She was questioned regarding the property belonging to the parties and the time of its acquisition. The house which the family occupied in Boston which was built in 1916 cost between $11,000 and J12.000 Mrs. Stanford stated. She said her husband had operated about 320 acres of land since their marriage and characterized him as a hard worker. Examination to Continue Examination of Mrs. Stanford prob
ably will continue until late Friday morning. It is expected that court will adjourn Friday noon until Monday morning on an agreement between the attorneys and Judge Bond. The defendant's father, L. J. Stanford, of Liberty, who has been assisting Attorney Pigman in the defense of his son, was taken ill during the hearing Wednesday afternoon and was unable to appear in court Thursday. He had been ill previous to the
starting of the trial and the excite-1
