Tht anti-city manager forces will concentrate their attack in the final week, it isr expected. A number of public meetings under their auspices will be held to wind up the campaign. Plans for the day were not devoid of work, however, despite the fact that the boxer accepted an invitation to witness the Gibbons brothers perform in two bouts - in Brooklyn this afternoon.
