No matter how you like Ice Cream Best, you'll like it better if it's

BENDER

PASTEURIZED

There is only one way to make a perfectly pure Ice Cream even though the purest ingredients obtainable are chosen to start with. That one way is to pasteurize and Bender's is the only plant in Richmond equipped with a pasteurizer.

VISCOLIZED

That degree of smoothness that one calls velvety is obtainable in two ways. One is by adding artificial foreign substances. (These usually leave an after taste or disagreeably stick to the roof of the mouth.) The other way is to use the most modern method of viscolizing. We viscolize all our ice creams. This means that every batch of "mix" goes through 3,000 lbs. pressure. By this method the perfect ice cream is obtained.

BENDER PRODUCTS

We make all standard and many exclusive ice creams and fruit ices. Each is the best of its kind. Each is made from PUREST INGREDIENTS to start with; each 13 made under MOST SANITARY CONDITIONS; each is made in the MOST MODERN ICE CREAM FACTORY in this section.
