DECISION GIVES GRIST JUDGMENT OF $550 After deliberating seven minutes a jury' in Wayne circuit court returned a judgment of $550 in favor of the plaintiff, Theodore P. Crist, administrator of the estate of Catherine Daniels, vs. David Spears. The plaintiff had sued originally for $600. The case has been before the jury on trial for three days.
