COLD CREAMS. Tf you have a dry skin, or If you are approaching the age when wrinkles ar a little too prominent, or if you live in & very hot, dry climate you will need a nourishing cold cream. You had better make this yourself, since most creams on the market are made with mineral oil, which is much cheaper. An excellent general formula is: FIXE COLD CREAM Rose water 4 ounces Almond oil 4 ounces Spermaceti 1 ounce White wax 1 ounce Benzoin 1 drachm To make this, put the white wax and spermaceti with the oil and heat until all are melted together. Tako from the fire at once, add the rose water and benzoin, hich should be warm, and beat as they cool. Anna C. If you send me an addressed stamped envelope, I will be able to assist you in your difficulty. Mrs. R. C. K. You should have no trouble in purchasing a depilatory. The druggists that carry good lines in toilet articles always include this preparation. You should also be accommodated through the department stores,' as most of them sell reliable toilet preparations. Loretta D. Sea salt is best for such a bath and you must use enough to make the water afl briney as the ocean. The salt can be purchased cheaply at the drug stores. Bright Eyes You can add to your weight by taking a tablespoonful of olive oil, with the same quantity of grape juice. This may be taken with each meal or three times each day. Binney You can clear your comflexion by taking a blood purifier, which is excellent at this .season of the year. This will also rid you of thnso pimples and blackheads on your arms and back. Th blood tonic is

made by mixing flour of sulphur with molasses, until paste is formed. Take one teaspoonful three times each day, for three days. Omit three

Keep your eye on the future in re

Do you . think that any of those boys, when they have reached manhood, will want for a wife one of the girls who has been promiscuously spooned with. If there is one girl in your town who has stood aloof from such cheapness you may he sure that by the time she is twenty she will want for attention. Charm is one requirement, however, that is necessary to a lovable woman. Study grace and gentleness and beauty as much as you like. To merely be

prudish is no compliment to a young woman. Unsigned Letter- The content of your letter was noted. You are one af the great exception to the rule that boys and girls of 17 and IS should not marry at that age. It is gratifying to know , that you have lived a happy life, even if you were married young. It is true, as you say, that some may court for many years, and be divorced a few months after marriage.
