Appeal School Rule in Jackson Township An appeal to the Indiana supreme court has been taken on the recent ruling in Wayne circuit court mandating Amos E. Ely, township trustee f Jackson township to act with the consolidated school board of Cambridge City and Jackson township. Notice of appeal and filing of bond was com pleted Tuesday afternoon by Denver Harlan, attorney for the trustee and school district. This probably will be the final action taken by the Jackson township school patrons on their petition asking to withdraw from the consolidation of the schools of Cambridge City and Jackson township. The fight over this action has extended over the past seven months.
