Many People; Are Fried Into Bad Health With Animal Fats

..Animal fats, because of their low smoking point, i" "decompose" into otner than their natural fatty "' acids and glycerine. .. They develop acrolein and other products, irritating to the stomach and intestines. This favors under-oxydation especially of the end products of.proteid digestion and stand in loco parentis to a whole hatful of trouble. Why not avoid all this? Stop "the use of all animal fats in cooking, and use Mazola instead. Many physicians are also recommending the liberal use of Mazola as a salad oil, to increase heatenergy in patients with malnutrition, or who need a palatable, easily-assimilated, protein-sparing food.

Mazola contains lecithin and from 1 to 14 of glycerophosphat e s i mmensely valuable in all nervous and -wasting disorders. It is a food-tonic of wonderful efficacy, as even a short trial will demonstrate.

You Will be Pleased with "YOUREX The Original Silver Plated Ware

c

Now on Display and Being Demonstrated at the PALLADIUM'S FREE COOKING SCHOOL

In the Coliseum Tomorrow

YOUREX May indeed be termed a new discovery in precious metals. It expresses the highest achievement in the art of silver plated ware. In "YOUREX" you get a silver plated knife that will not rust or wear black, that can be sharpened the same as a steel knife without showing black around the edges, and guaranteed for all time. We guarantee that this silver plate will' give absolute satisfaction and we agree to stand behind and replace every piece of goods bearing the "YOUREX" TRADE MARK that does not give satisfactory service in any household-

The silver plate on "Yourex" is not only equal to but belter than that on any other brand on the market. It is scientifically applied and last better than on steel, as the "Yourex" grips it better. Yourex has the tensile strength and flexibility of steel' and restains its cutting edge but does not turn color like the baser metal. Of course, rough or long continued usage will scratch the silver off the cutting edge of a Yourex knife just as it does off any other good silver plated knife, but with Yourex you can not tell the difference without examining it very closely.

YOUREX IS KNOWN IN FOUR BEAUTIFUL AND ATTRACTIVE PATTERNS The "Liberty," "Panama," "Victory 'and "Marjo Mell" JENKINS & CO.
