WORKED ON FARM IS CLAIM OF EATON WIFE SUING FOR DIVORCE

EATON. O.. March 10. Alleging he has done much heavy farm work The last few years, thereby supporting the family, Laura Sample, in a suit, asks common pleas court to compel her husband, Ernest Sample, to pay her alimony for separate maintenance for herself and three children, all hers by a fore'gn marriage. She, charges her husband is grossly neglectful, and that she has expended $2,500 in improvements to farmlands held by him in his name. She asks the court to compel her husband to reimburse her. With money she had when she married the Second time, the wife avers she bought a small tract of land adjoining that of her present husband, but that she was compelled to mortgage it, and that creditors are about to take the land for obligations contracted. Mrs. Sample's second matrimonial venture took place in March, 1910, in New Madison, Ohio. Church to Celebrate Anniversary, Members of St Paul's Methodist Episcopal church will on March 16 celebrate the 50th anniversary of the erection of the edifice, with appropriate exercises. suddenly and unexpectedly Wednesday morning at his home in Camden. Neuralgia of the heart was the cause

of death, according to physicians. He and his wife had returned recently to Camden from Chicago, where they passed the winter with their daughter, who, with the wife, Cora Murphy Pocock, survive him. Mr. Pocock was born in Butler County, O., but lived most of his life in Camden. He was a brother-in-law at Judge Clarence Murphy, of Hamilton, and William E. Murphy, of Preble county; ex-county representative. For many years he was a leader in the Democratic party in Preble county. At one time he was a traveling salesman

and had an extensive acquaintance throughout southwestern Ohio. He was a member of the Pythian lodge in Camden. The daughter. Cyrena Van Gordon, arrived in Camden, Wednesday afternoon from Chicago. In private life she is Mrs. Shirley Munns. David Clear Funeral. Funeral of William David Clear. 85, native of Eaton, who died Thursday in Hamilton, took place here Thursday afternoon from the home of Mr. and Mrs. Judge Freitag. relatives, the Rev. A. J. Bussard. Methodist church, officiating Burial in Mound Hill cemetery. The decedent had lived in Hamilton the last ten years, going there from Eaton. He was a plasterer by trade. He Is survived by his wife, two sons, Sherman and Warren Clear, of Hamilton; two daughters, Mrs. Dora Bringman, of Hamilton, and Mrs. E. P. Cade, of Chicago, and two sisters. The body will arrive here from Birmingham Thursday night accompanied by Mr. Oldaker. Fuperal services will be held from the home of her parents, at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon. Friends may call any time Friday afternoon or evening.

Curfew for Crown Forces Announced in Dublin (By Associated Press) , DUBLIN, March 10 Notices establishing the "curfew for crown forces" were posted in a number of places throughout Dublin tonight. These notices were signed "Irish Republican army," and gave warning that any soldiers or policemen seen on the streets after 10 o'clock in the evening were liat'e to be shot.
