ARTr INVITED TO VISIT CAPITAL'S ARTISTS The Indiana Artists club has invited members of the Richmond Art association to be its guests in Indianapolis Saturday, March 12. Visits to the studios of several of Indiana's most prominent artists have been planned, including those of William Forsyth. Cliftoil Wheeler, and several studios in the Union Trust building. Among those located in the Union Trust building who have exhibited here recently .are: Carl Graf. S. P. Baus, Mary ' Chilton Gray and Paul Hadley. Sup per will be served to the guests at the ; artists' club and later the guests and their hostess will visit the galleries in the John Ilerron Art institute. Mrs. Myra Richards will speak on sculpture in the galleries that evening. Twenty-two members of the Indiana Artists club spent a day visiting in Richmond last fall. Members of the club travel over the state and are noted for their hospitality and gather ings held in Indianapolis, their head- j quarters. Urge Notification. Art association members of this city who wish to accept the invitation of the Artists' club are asked to notify Mrs. M. F. Johnston by telephone or by letter not later than Tuesday morn- . ing. We would like to have you anive in the city about 2 o'clock leaving the interurban car at Irvington to visit the studios of Mr. Wheeler and Mr. Forsyth. From their 6tudios we will come down town to see the studios on the fifth floor of . the Union Trust building., At 5:30 a ..picnic supper will be served in the club rooms of the school building of the Ilerron Art institute. After supper we will visit the exhibition. Mrs. Myra Richards will speak-on sculpture. We have endeavored to arrange the program so that all festivities will be over by 9:30 o"clock so that our out-of-town guests may be able to return home the same evening.
