EATON JUDGE RULES MILLER MUST SPECIFY ALIENATION CHARGES

EATON. O., Feb. 1. Charles G. Miller, farmer, will have to specify times and places his former wife, Ona Miller, was met by Enoch Buchanan lor alleged immoral purposes, in a $10,000 alienation 6uit filed some time ago by Miller against Buchanan. Judge A. C. Rlsinger. in common pleas court, sustained a motion by Buchanan to compel Miller to make his charges more specific. Another request by Buchanan to compel Miller to state what means de

Miller was overruled. Miller obtained a divorce some time ago from his wife. He named Buchanan in his complaint. Attorney Makes Error. .Error on the part of a local lawyer in preparing two divorce petitions was responsible for dismissal of both suits from common pleas court. New petitions have been filed and both cases reentered in the docket. The case of Martin E. Fowler against Ada Fowler was one of the c ases dismissed a few days ago in open court by Judge Risinger, upon contention of defense counsel that the petition was faulty. The other case was that of Denver Cross against Iva Catherine Cross, which was pending trial. Cross's attorney withdrew the petition, had the case dismissed and then filed another .-uit. Cross alleges gross neglect. Local Couple Wed. Charles -Mann, carpenter, and Miss Cordie Lee Green, daughter of John Green, were married Monday by the Rev. A. J. Bussard of the Methodist church. Retired Farmer Dies. Charles Miller, 85, native of Germany, retired farmer, and resident of Preble county for upward of 70 years, cied early Monday iifternoon in the home of his son, John E. Miller, a mile southwest of Richmond. Ind. Death was due to paralysis, after an illness of two years or longer. Mr. Miller tame to (his country and to Preble county when a boy. He leaves a comfortable estate. He was a member of the Odd Follow fraternity. Surviving him are threo sons, at whose home he died; Frank, or Campbellstown; William of Kansas City, Mo.: three daughters, Mrs. Clarence McWhinney, of West Florence; Mrs. Joseph Stover, south of Eaton; a daughter in Walla Walla, Wash.; three brothers and one sister. One brother, Fred Miller, lives in Dayton, and another brother. Gus, lives in Buffalo. X. Y. Arrangements for the funeral have not been announced, but t he services will be held here in the Christian church, probably Thursday afternoon. Burial will be in Mound Hill cemetery. Foutz Funeral Wednesday., Senility caused the death of Jacob Foutz. 87, Monday morning at, 10 r'clock in his home a mile east of West Alexandria. He was a native of Montgomery county. In the Jordan case the couple have been married 24 year-; and the Segos have been married 20 years. Mrs. Jordan alleges abandonment and failure to provide and ask for the custody of their two children. Mrs. Sego charges cruel and inhuman treatment and failure to provide, and asks for the custody of their one child.
