SOLDIER CAN NOT SUE U. 8. MONTGOMERY, Ala., Jan. 22.-4 soldier can not prosecute a damage suit against the government, the state Supreme court held today in rejecting the appeal of Jacob Moone. The soldier had sought damages from Director General of Railroads Walker D. Hines, alleging that troop train employes had locked him out of his car and that he was injured while standing on the steps of the train.
