Wednesday evening in Knights of Pythias temple. The reception rooms were elaborately decorated in Christmas colors, one of the ball rooms in the purple and white of the organiation, the other artistically arranged with palms and ferns. Business women in New York City have a Wall Street Woman's Club.

The executive committee of the National Young Friends' Board, held its annual meeting at Earlham ' college Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 29 and 30. Representatives were present from alt of the yearly meetings with the exception of California. Plans were made for the Young Friend's conference to be held at Earlham next June. A similar conference was held last year and was a marked success as it was attended by representatives from all parts of this country and also from England.
