Feud Case Dismissed The charge of drawing deadly weapons which was filed against Fred Clark, 1140 Hunt street, by R. G. Wills. 203 South Elev enth street, was dismissed by Special Judge Richardson in city court Friday morning. The trying of the case brought out the fact that there was an old time feud between Clark and Wills. Clark was represented by Ray Shively. Offender is Fined Isaac Winburn, 711 South Eleventh street, was fined $1 and costs in city court Friday morning on au assault and battery charge filed by William C. Bass. Special Judge Richardson presided over the trial. ' To Announce . AppropriationsSchool appropriations for the coming year will be made out by Auditor Brooks and be ready for distribution the first of next week. Reid Given Ring Employees of the Elliott-Reid Fence company presented their manager, Walter Reid with a costly ring as a Christmas gift Thursday evening. Christmas Services at Nazarene Church Christmas services will be held at the Nazarene church at 7:30 p. m. Christmas eve. Sunday school will be held at 9:15 a. m. Sunday; preaching at 10:30 a. m. and 7:30 p. m. The holiday convention opens with the morning services Sunday. Preaching services will be held at 7:30 p. m. each day next week. The Rev. J. W.
