RENT PROFITEERING EATON, O., Nov. 19. Lackey against Charles and Helen Hamlin, James C. and Ella Brinkley and V. V; Eby, was compromised, settled and dismissed Friday from the common pleas court. Dlehl-Loy Suit Opens. Trial of a suit brought by Walter E Diehl, of New Lebanon, against Robert C. Loy opened today in common pleas court, before Judge A. C. Risinger and a jury. Diehl is suing for $283, which he alleges represents a commission on a sale of a farm for Loy. Attorney E. E. Duncan of Dayton, is representing Diehl in the trial.

Rockefeller Foundation Gives France Health System (By Associated Press) PARIS. Nov. 19. The Rockefeller Foundation, which has been assisting France in its fight against tuberculosis for the last three years, has turned over to the complete control of France an elaborate anti-tuberculosis organization which has been developed in the department Eure-et-Loir at a cost of 4,000,000 francs. The organization,, the most complete for its purpose in France, consists of 24 dispensaries, four complete isolation services, a . departmental sanitorium and a modern departmental laboratory.
