OPERATIC STAR CONSECRATES HER LIFE - TO PROMOTING INTEREST IN OPERA IN U.S.
If you must have your meat every day, eat it, but flush your kidneys with salts occasionally, says a noted authority who tells us that meat forms uric r.cid which almost paralyzes the kidneys in their efforts to expel it from the blood. They become sluggish and weaken, then you suffer with a dull misery in the kidney region, sharp pains in the back or sick headache, dizziness, your stomach sours, tongue is coated and when the weather is bad j on have rheumatic twinges. The urine gets loudy. full of sediment, the channels often get sore and Irritated. " obliging you to seek relief two or three times during the night. To neutralize these irritating acids, to cleanse the kidneys and flush off the body's urinous waste get four ' ounces of Jad Salts from any pharmacy here; take a tablespoonful in a plass of water before breakfast for a few days and your kidneys will then act fine. This famous salts is made from the acid of grapes and lemon '. Juice, combined with lithia, and has ', been used for generations to flush and i stimulate sluggish kidneys, also to : neutralize the acids in urine, so it no i longer irritates, thus ending bladder I weakness. Jad Salts is inexpensive; cannot lo- ; jure and makes a delightful efferves- ; cent' lithia-water drink. Advertise- : ment.

I was under the care of a good physician for several months and tried other remedies. I had read of Lydia E. Pinkham's Vegetable Compound and decided to try it. After taking twelve bottles I found myself much improved and I took six more. I have never had any more trouble in that respect since. I suffered so it seemed as though I would die, and I was not regulareither. I suffered for a year and was unfit to do my housework, could only wash dishes once in a while. I read an advertisement of what Lydia E. Pinkham's Vegetable Compound had done for other women and decided to -try jr.. It surely did wonders for me. I have no pains now and can io my own housework without any trouble at all. I will always praise your medicine as I do not believe there is a doctor that can do as much good for female weakness as can Lydia E. Pinkham's Vegetable Compound and you may use these facts as a testimonial." Mrs. Lester E. Warner, It. 1, Box 69, Onalaska, Wis.
