Ocl. 19 Kenneth Ziss, 24 years old, local business man, was sentenced to the 6tate re--formatory at Jeffersonville Monday for a term of from two to twenty-one years by Judge Philip C. Gould for the killing of Joseph Lindenschmidt, 5 years old, who died after he had been struck by an automobile driven by Ziss. Ziss was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter by a jury in the Vanderburg Circuit court last week. It is understood the case will not be appealed. JOHN REED DIES IN RUSSIA.
