Edgar, of Columbus, state superintendent of adult work in Sunday schools, spoke here at a meeting Sunday In the Christian church in the interest of a campaign for a half million members for adult classes in Sunday schools of the etate. It is expected the drive will close Oct 12. The meeting was attended by ministers, Sundayschool superintendents and Sundayschool workers from ell sections of Preble county. A proposition was brought before the meeting to secure ttie services of a secretary or director of religious education for the county. The plan la to unite the county with several other counties into a district in securing a secretary's or director's services. A committee was appointed .to investigate the plan, coat, ect. This committee will report in a meeting next Sunday afternoon in tho Christian church.
