Notice to Contractors: Notice is hereby given by the Board of Public Works of the City of Rich mond, Indiana, that sealed proposals will be received by it, at its office, at the hour of 9:30 o'clock a. m., on Thursday, September 2, 1920, for the following described public improve ments in the City of Richmond, as authorized by the Improvement Resolutions named: Re-Flooring of Doran Bridge Providing for the taking up of the old floor and timbers, and the relaying of new creosoted timbers and wood-block floor on the Doran BrMge over the White Water River.
