GRAIN PRICES CHICAGO. Aug. 14. Locals have refused to follow the bull side of corn. Some believe September bulla are unloading on the bulges. Ease of wheat and rye are factors. September rye at Minneapolis weak on close-up harvest. No. 2 rye around $2.08 Chicago, whereas one year ago No. 2 rye was $1.55. One or two houses, including Bartlett & Frazler, are apparently bullish oa September corn and point out that cancellations reduce Chicago's contract stocks to around 170,000. Corn crop news remains of the three billion crop kind. Cromwell predicts not over 230 million wheat for Canada. European news means peace. Bulls depend entirely upon cash corn squeeze. Most of the locals have lit tle faith in these premiums. We pre diet an early dip Monday, with a later rally. CHICAGO GRAIN RANGE (Markets by E. W.
