Camp; No Equipment K. W. Harding, physical director ol the Y. M. C. A., ald Friday that the Y would probably not hold a eummer camp for members this year. The Y does not have a camping equipment. It was possible to rent equipment last year but not this year. Because of the depleted condition of the Y.,M. C. A. staff, Harding could not be spared from the Y to take charge of the camp. Harding says the Y will hav no general camp for Y member at the chautauqua this year. An extensive athletic campaign will be carried on, however. Notice to Contractors: Notice is hereby given by the Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that sealed proposals will be received by it, at its office, at the hour of 9:30 o'clock a. m., on Thursday, the 15th day of July, 1920, for (25,000) Twenty-five Thousand Tons of Steam Coal for the Municipal Electric Light & Power Plant of the City of Richmond, Ind. To be Nut and Slack, or Mine Run, to be delivered within the next six (6) months, and Two Hundred & Fifty (250) Tons either lump or egg, domestic coal for City Buildings. Analysis of Coal to be submitted with each bid. F. O. B. Mines. The bidders, in submitting proposals to furnish said coal, must accompany each bid with a certified check in the sum of 2Vi of Bid as evidence of good faith that the successful bidders will execute, within ten days from the acceptance of proposals, contracts and bonds satisfactory to the said Board to furnish said coal. A failure of the succesful blders to enter into such contracts and bonds upon the acceptance of such proposals will forfeit the checks and the sums of money payable thereon to the city as agreed and liquidated damages for such failure.
