PREBLE BOYS HELD l FOB IMPLICATION IN M'NEAL CO. ROBBERY EATON, O.. July 1. Frank O'Dell, 18, residing nar Eaton, and Walter O'Dell, 20. of Camden, are held In the county Jail here In default of $500 bond each on a burglary charge. They are alleged to have been implicated In a robbery of the grocery store of H. McNeal & Son. They are cousins. Arrest of the O'Dells followed the

Police say two separate visits were made to the McNeal store, the first visit netting about $14 and the second about $8, along with several boxes of candy. , Aout the same time the McNeal robbery took place, the local department store of Spring Bros. Co. was entered and robbed of $76. Smith's Jaw Broken Frank Smith, colored, trackman for the Pennslyvania railway, sustained , a fractured jaw and lacerated face Wednesday when the handle of a lifting jack slipped from his hands. Under the new postal employees' pension law, which fixes the retirement age at. 65, two local postal employees will be affected Frank M. Mitchell, railway postal clerk, Cincinnati-Chicago division of the Pennsylvania, and Barney Barnhiaer, rural carrier out of the local postoffice. Hartman-Dougherty. D. R. Hartman, of Eaton, and Miss Louise Daugherty, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. A. Daugherty, were married Wednesday at the ' Daugherty home in Wellington, O. After a wedding trip in the east they will reside here. Brubaker-Fudge Miss Dorothy Fudge, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Fudge, and Roy Brubaker were married Wednesday at the Fudee home at Gratis.
Squirrel Season To Open
On August 2, This Year Through a change in the state gaming laws, hunters this year will not be permitted to shoot squirrels until Aug. 1, Linus Meredith, county clerk, announced Thursday. Shooting of squir
rels has previously begun July 1 and according to Mr. Meredith, hunters have this year been polishing and cleaning their guns to commence hunting at that time this summer. Hunters who appear in the fields during July in quest of squirrels may find themselves in the hands of game wardens.

CITY STREETS ARE RIVERS DURING HEAVY RAINSTORM Richmond sewers were unable to carry away the tremendous deluge of water that fell Wednesday afternoon. Residents of North C and E streets, from Twenty-Third to Twentieth streets, say the streets were virtually rivers. The deluge was hort lived.
