DELTA CONVENTION TO CLOSE THURSDAY; 100 ATTEND BANQUET Green andwhite were used in the appointments for the Delta Theta Tau Sorority banquet given at the Westcott Hotel Wednesday evening, at which there were 100 guests. Long tables were artistically decorated with French baskets filled with daisies and tied with bows of green tulle. Candles In crystal holders added to the attractiveness of the scene. The programs were white, trimmed in green, and to each of them was fastened the favor, a silver pin. During the dinner Miss Mary Jones, violinist. Miss LaVerne Jones, pianiste and Miss Ruth Scott, soprano, gave the following program of music: Serenade (Dirgo), Chanson Russe (Smith), Walzer (Burmester), Orlentale (Cul), Caprlcietto (Burmester), Serenade (Drdla), Souvenir (Drdla), Miss Mary Jones; The Ships (Laar), What's in the Air Today (Eden), Miss Ruth Scott; To a Wild Rose (McDowell), Salute d'Amour (Elgar), Adoration (Borowski), Miss Mary Jones. Following the dinner the social delegate from each chapter furnished novelty entertainment.
