TRUCK LAW PROVISIONS UNCONSTITUTIONAL, RULING
Richmond automobile truck owners
are awaiting the results of Judge James A. Collins decision that the automobile truck license amendment passed by the legislature in 1919 is void and unconstitutional. The court said the amendment makes provision for matters that were not embraced in he title of the original act of 1913. The amendment provided for Increased Jicense fees for automobile trucks. The opinion does not mean that the vamendment shall not continue to be effective, as it was given as the court's (opinion rather than a ruling ot the pcourt. Further legal action will he necessary before the question of the Regality of tho amendment is doter-anined.
