Providing for the improvement of South E Street from South 5th Street to South ICth Street in the City of Richmond, Indiana; by raving the roadway of said street in huch proportion thereof as is not proided for by the Three Mile Road proceedings for the improvement of such highway now pending before the Board of County Commissioners of Wayne County, Indiana, Buch street paving to be of like kind as that adopted by said Board of County Commissioners, and also for the improvement of said street by the building of cement curb and gutter on either side thereof; Said street to be paved with one of the following kinds of pavement to-wit: Brick. Concrete, Creosoted Wood Block or Bituminous Macadam on concrete base. A certified check of 2 of bid must accompany each bid. All work done in the making of raid described public improvements, shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Improvement Resolutions, as numbered, and the detail plans, profiles, drawings and specifications which are on file and may be seen in the office of said Board of Public Works or the City of Richmond. The bidders, in submitting proposals to make said described public improvements, must accompany each bid with a certified check in the sum of above, as evidence of good faith that the successful bidders will execute within ten days from the acceptance of proposals, contracts and bonds satisfactory to the said Board to do the work of making said improvements. A failure of the successful bidders to enter into such contracts and bonds 'upon ttie acceptance 01 SUCH proposals will forfeit the check3 and the sura of ivcaey payable thereon to the city as agreed and liquidated damages for such failure. The City of Richmond will pay -within thirty days after the approval of tbe final assessment rolls by the Board of Public Works.
