A National Scandal That's 'what the Indianapolis Star calls the Bergdoll case, .and most people will agree with the censure. His escape has not been satisfactorily explained by the War Department. In This Paper, Ten Year Ago Today It was announced that the fifth annual outing of the employes of the Richmond division of the Pennsylvania railroad company would be held in Glen Miller park on June 8.
