Two Arrested, Three More Sought, As Result, Of Doroths Disappearance John Frazee, 23 yean old, a waiter at the Arlington Hotel, and Jesse Nichols, 17 years old. Uxljjrtver for a local-service company, were arrested by Sheriff Carr, and Mrs. Elizabeth Candler, woman's probation officer, Monday night for alleged rape. Three more men are being sought. Both men are said to have been identified by Dorothy Cliff, 14 years old, who disappeared from her home here on May 12, and whose where abouts were not known until Sunday when her uncle in Cincinnati telephoned her parents that she had come to his home. She was brought to Richmond Sunday and is being detained at the woman's Jail.
