The cut required several stitches, and only through the prompt and efficient service of a physician was Dalrymple's life saved. Flint was ordered by the local court to be committed to the Epileptic Village at Newcastle for an Indefinite period. Upon entrance he remained only for a period of two weeks, since which time he has been living with his parents. Mr. and Mrs. O. P. Flint, at their home west of Liberty. The charge was brought by Dalrymple. Mr. Toney Granted Divorce. Mrs. Frances Toney was granted a divorce today from Harmon Toney'on the charge of cruel and inhuman treatment. The plaintiff was given the custody of the infant son. and $10 per week for support of child. Federation of Clubs Meets. The Union County Federation of Clubs held a most enjoyable meeting 'here today. The girls glee club of high school, sang several pretty musical numbers. Among the other features of entertainment of the afternoon was the display of handiwork of the "blind from the State Institution for Blind, of Indiana. About 150 members of the Federation were present. Defendants Given Award. In the matter of Gibbons and Little versus the Union County Commissioners the defendants were given a judgment of $100.
