Stites Held Insane; To Be Taken to Easthaven George Stites, arrested by the police Wednesday, was pronounced insane at an inquest held in a justice of the peace court Friday afternoon. Stites was working at the Wayne Works when arrested, and had been acting queer before being taken into custody by the police. Several witnesses, including his wife, were examined. It is estimated that the building will be completed by Sept. 15. The walls of the building which was burned over a year ago will be razed with dynamite. Bert Anderson of Lynn, Is the contractor. John R. Koontz, a pioneer in the furniture business at Union City, was struck by an auto driven by John lolly. Wednesday and severely injured. It appears that both Mr. Koontz and Mr. Lally became confused. It is thought that no bones were broken, yet Koontz was severely injured and bruised, and suffered a severe nervous shock.
