Markets GRAIN PRICES CHICAGO, March 18. Overnight the market turns on Canadian oata duty news. A move to cut off the duty is denied but the thing is in the air end may check the bull movement :Vhile Canada might not send any jBeriously large amount of oats to the lUnited States, the significance rests with the apparent desire to ease the ;cash oats situation in the east. If true such a move might prevent further grain advances and provide a fair break. German news has killed the rye demand. The situation suggests realizing on any closing bulge. The tops may be here.
