GRAIN PRICES
- WAGNER GRAIN LETTER
CHICAGO. March 2. Corn and oats lead by strength In cash corn ; small receipts; signs of big winter wheat driuage. Plenty of bulls in July oats because they are the cheapest. Last year July oata made a high of 83. Market may be higher on Wednesday with a fair to good break due later. Wheat reserve guesses indicate the United States has thirty to fifty million old wheat below expectations due to large home consumption. Total wheat rserve remains a mystery. The Snow and Goodman reserve guesses seem secondary to cash corn sales. Provisions look & bulge sale. Stocka are too large. Corn strength however, may support provisions. Locals figure the March reserve guesses are now out of the way. CHICAGO GRAIN RANGE Furnished by E. W. WAGNER & CO., 212 Union National Bank Building. Phone 1720.
