WAGNER GRAIN LETTER CHICAO, Feb. 18. Sentiment mainly bearish but only small receipts in corn are expected. The priority car order expires at midnight tonight but the run during the past 10 days has been very disappointing. The far eastern roads will likely grant permits to ship grain to New York Dullness of export demand and reselling of oats along with the sales of some Argentine corn to New York below United States prices, - suggests another drop on Thursday. Washington demand for easier food prices and packing house talk ' of ' a serious drag in export outlook for provisions, create much talk. Sales apparently are due on any closing bulge, though a long break can be doubted. ' CHICAGO GRAIN RANGE Furnished by E. W. WAGNER & CO., 212 Union National Bank Buildina. Phone 1720.

to the property investment account i of the carriers, only that consideration which it is entitled to in establishing values for rate making purposes. When any carrier receives for a year a net railway operating value in ax cess of six per cent, of the value of the property, one-half of such excess value goes to the carrier's ' reserve fund, while the rest goes to the federal railroad contingent fund which is to be used by the commission in making loans to railroads or for the purchase of transportation equipment or facilities and easing the same to the carriers.
