OBITUARY Abble Louise Davis was born July 28, 1869, at Fountain Citv, Indiana and departed from this life Feb. 8. 1920. Age 50 years. 6 months and 12 days. She was

the daughter of Jonathan and Cynthia Leeck Smith. She was the young-eat of thirteen children of which nine beside her parents proceeded her death. She was united In marriage to Willard T. Davis June 7. 1888 at Fort Wayne, Indiana. To this union was born six children, of which one son died In Infancy. Those surviving1 her are, her husband, Willard T. Davis: two daughters, Mrs. Pearl Thornburg and Mrs. Ray Strebe; Three sons, Roy, Howard, and Paul Davis, and two Grand children, Kenneth and Marguerite Louise Thornburgr. She is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Sadie Smith, of Cincinnati Ohio; Two brothers, Mr. Thomas Smith of Chester, lad., and Mr. Jarvls Smith of Parker City, Indiana. She was a member of the Baptist church at Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was a loving: wife and devoted mother, and will be missed by a host of friends and she leaves a vacant spot In our home which never can be filled.
