Physicians the world over recommend the inside bath, declaring this is of vastly more importance than outfide cleanliness, because the skin pores do not absorb impurities into the blood, causing ill health, while the j pores in the ten yards of bowels do. I Men and women are urged to drink er.ch morning, btfore breakfast, a glass of hot water v."ith a teaspoonful of limestone phosphate in it, as a harmless means of helping to wash

York to make several productions with Eastern atmosphere, under the same management. A pretty little romance links the east and the west together as a result of this picture. The biggest scene was a reproduction of a New York carabet which represented a revelry of New Year's eve. One incident was the rolling to the center of the dancing floor, a big sphere representing the earth. This parted in half and disclosed a dancer on the dial of a great clock. From her hands flew forth pigeons. One of these proved to be a' homing pigeon. Miss Dalton conceived a good idea. The bird was provided with a special cage at the studio and fed for several weeks. When Miss Dalton went to New York she took it with her, and after she arrived in the eastern metropolis she attached to it a notice of her arrival and turned the bird loose for a transcontinental flight. It reached its cage at the Ince studio six days after her arrival in
New York.
