RIOTERS FINED; NO JAIL TERMS GIVEN

Hartman, was given the next heaviest fine, $75. Gilbert Horr and Lewis Griswcll were each fined $50. The Jury was out from. 2 o'clock to 7:30.' The cases of the 7 men and boys, who changed their pleas from not guilty to guilty, will be disposed of Saturday. The other defendants were fined as follows: Alfred Stlnson, $35; Clifford Johnson, $25; Andy Kovacs, $25; Herschell Roberts, $25; Edward Toney, $15; Lester Bucher, $25; Holston Toms, $15; Walter Godsey, $25; James Hoover, $25; Thomas Brooks, $25. and Ed Weiss, $25. The maximum sentence, as laid out In the 6tate statutes for rioting Is $500 and three months in jail. Frank Strayer, attorney for the defense, said, after the men had been sentenced: "We are absolutely satisfied with the verdict."
